JOÂO AZEVEDO - Comercio de Vestuário, Lda, legal person no. 510692460, with registered office at Rua 1º de Dezembro, 55 - 2º Esq., 4740-226 Esposende, Portugal, owner of the "John Tweed Tailored" brand and hereinafter referred to as "John Tweed Tailored", is the legitimate owner of the website with the domain www.johntweedtailored.com (hereinafter, website), which may not be associated with any content other than that appearing on the website.

All communications addressed to John Tweed Tailored must be made in writing and sent by registered mail to the address of its head office, and/or to the e-mail address: info@johntweedtailored.com.

Without prejudice to the previous point, John Tweed Tailored has the telephone number +351 213471595 (national fixed line), available on working days, between 9h00 and 18h00.

Product availability

All orders are subject to product availability, which will in most cases be indicated on the website itself. If there is a stock shortage or some other problem that makes it impossible for us to supply the order, John Tweed Tailored undertakes to notify the customer within 48 hours of the product's unavailability, and may suggest a solution that includes informing the customer of the product's replacement time or refunding the amount paid if the customer so requires.

Removal of products from the site

John Tweed Tailored reserves the right to withdraw, modify or alter any type of product, material, website content or price without prior notice, but without prejudice to what is defined at the time of the order to the customer.

Prices

The price of the items will be set according to the time of each collection and can be changed without prior notice, but respecting the value set at the time of the order. All prices are shown inclusive of VAT.

Prices will be subject to the internal changes policy, which allows any modification in this regard without affecting orders that have been confirmed, even if their dispatch has not been processed.

Delivery

John Tweed Tailored undertakes to deliver the products related to the order within the timeframe indicated in the order confirmation.

If the delivery date cannot be met due to issues such as stock shortages, order errors, delivery location or internal difficulties, John Tweed Tailored will contact the customer within a maximum of 48 hours to inform them of the situation and resolve it in the most suitable way.

In the event that delivery of the product cannot be completed, the company undertakes to refund the customer the amount paid for the order within a maximum period of 10 days.

Impossibility of delivery

If, due to causes attributable to the buyer (e.g. absence from the place of delivery, incorrect addresses, etc.), it is not possible to deliver the order, we will contact the customer using the means provided on their form, in order to ensure that the process is completed as quickly and efficiently as possible in the customer's best interests.

Payment methods

The means of payment must be indicated when placing the order. Payments will be accepted via Paypal, Bank Card or Multibanco reference for Portugal. The customer's payment details will never be visible to John Tweed Tailored when they use Paypal, Bank Card or pay by Multibanco reference for Portugal.

Payment must be made within 72 hours, after which the order will be cancelled.

Value added tax

In accordance with current regulations, all our items include VAT at the legal rate.

Transfer of risk and ownership

The customer assumes responsibility for the products from the moment of delivery. For the purposes of these Conditions, it shall be understood that "delivery" has taken place or that the products have been "delivered" at the time of signing the receipt at the agreed delivery address.

Written communications

Applicable regulations require that part of the information or communications we send to the customer be in writing. By using this website, you agree that we may exchange electronic communications. We will contact you by e-mail or provide information by means of notices in the online shop. For contractual purposes, you agree that all contracts, notices, information and other communications that we communicate through the aforementioned means comply with legal requirements comparable to written documents. This condition will not affect your rights recognised by law.

Geographical scope

The items for sale on this site will be available for delivery in mainland Portugal and the Islands.

Right of withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of the consumer or a third party, other than the carrier, indicated by the consumer acquiring physical possession of the goods.
